Book Tracker - Collector's Edition 5.1 Description:
This book organizer software is ideal for librarians of smaller libraries or book collectors to catalog and monitor their books. Each book has up to 24 data fields that can be entered and tracked including librarian fields like who checked a book out and when the book is due, along with detailed information on the book like title, author, category, edition, condition, and number of pages just to name a few. The user interface is simple keeping the majority of the information on the main screen so you don’t have to jump around from window to window to find stuff. To the left is a list of books which can be sorted by author or title. All books can be viewed in the list or just specific categories. A large text field called notes allows for longer descriptions or whatever you need to be typed in about each book. The program is designed and set up for book collectors and you can use it as is, however, each of the book fields can be customized to fit your specific needs. Other features include a number of printable reports which can also be customized to some extent, labels, a graphic field which can be used to store an image of the book cover, export and import of .csv files, and help. You can enter as many books as you like and have as many book files as you want. Book Tracker Collectors Edition is a freeware program with no limitations or removed features.
